From the time guests book their stay, until the time they depart, they are in constant communication with our team. We strive to make sure they have everything they need to enjoy their stay in your vacation home, even if they don’t reach out to us first.
Renting your home to strangers can be a scary thought, but don’t worry! Florida Spirit takes great measures to ensure the right guests stay in your home.
- We collect identification at the time of booking
- A contract with all terms and conditions must be signed by the guest before they arrive
- The credit card on file, the name on the reservation, and the signature on our rental agreement must all be a match
- A damage waiver is paid at the time of booking as part of our non-refundable deposit – this insures up to $1,500 of accidental damage coverage.
Traveler Starter Kit
Each home is equipped with a basic starter kit, so guests can enjoy your home as soon as they check-in. Included in this kit is laundry and dish detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and fresh towels & linens set aside by our housekeepers.
